How can I book?

What kind of images does this device take?

You can access our free sample pack here, in order to see the device's capabilities in daylight & night time.

Do you deliver?

No, the device has to be collected and dropped off at our London office, as stated in the rental agreement. For the address, please see here.

How much does it cost?

Prices are variable depending on the duration of the booking & the time of the year. For a more accurate quote please get in contact directly.

Can I have an early / late delivery or collection?

Yes, we can arrange delivery whenever you need it. Please get in contact and we can supply a bespoke quote.

What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is 1 day (24hrs).

What are your opening hours?

The opening hours are 09:30 - 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Are you open at the weekend?

We currently do not open on the weekend however we do have an out-of-hours service should you have any enquiries or issues with your order.

What's the nearest tube station to your London office?

Our nearest tube station is Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly Line.

Do you offer a demonstration service?

Should you require a demonstration, please call us to arrange a suitable time to visit our London office where we will be pleased to show you a demo (and provide coffee/tea).

Do I need insurance?

Yes, hired-in-equipment insurance is a mandatory industry standard for your own protection as well as ours. We can't hire equipment to you unless it is covered by insurance. We can recommend some trusted insurance companies.

Can I take the LizardQ abroad?

Depending on your insurance and our availability. For a more accurate quote please get in contact directly.

I have issues downloading the software, what should I do?

If you have problems downloading the software we recommend that you get in contact.

What do I do if I have a problem with the equipment?

If you have a problem with the equipment then we recommend that you contact us immediately for advice.

What should I do if I've damaged the equipment?
